DiTriCo (Digital Transformation Community) is a non-profit knowledge-sharing community dedicated to advancing expertise in digital transformation, IT operating models, delivery management, solution design, cost estimation, and governance.

Our mission is to connect professionals, practitioners, and thought leaders who are passionate about improving how organizations design, estimate, govern, and deliver technology-enabled change. Through interactive sessions, knowledge exchanges, roundtables, and community events, members gain access to practical insights, reference models, industry experiences, and emerging best practices.

As an independent, non-profit association, DiTriCo operates solely as a community and knowledge platform. We do not provide consulting, implementation, staffing, audit, assurance, or operational services.
